01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between mu8888 and every user who accesses or uses the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided by mu8888. These Terms take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use any part of our platform.

Mu8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. 02 Member Eligibility

To register and use mu8888 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not residing in a territory or jurisdiction where the use of online gambling services is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Never previously had an account closed by mu8888 for fraud, misconduct, or breach of Terms.
• Register and use the account for yourself only, not on behalf of any other individual or organization.

Mu8888 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If you are found not to meet any of these eligibility requirements, your account may be suspended or closed immediately and any credit balance may be forfeited at mu8888's discretion.

03 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one account only at mu8888. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and any winnings generated being voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. False or inaccurate information provided during registration may result in account suspension without any refund.

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
• Mu8888 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
• You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, bank statement, and proof of address. This process is an industry standard to ensure the security of all members.

04 Deposit & Payment

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method.

All deposit transactions are final once confirmed. mu8888 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party system failures, network issues, or errors made by the member.

05 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe set by mu8888, typically within 15 to 60 minutes upon completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified under the member's name.

• The first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Mu8888 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements (wagering requirement) cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Any suspicious withdrawal attempt or one that conflicts with the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) may be withheld for investigation.

06 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by mu8888 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each offer. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the terms of each promotion before accepting any bonus.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Wagering requirements (e.g. 20x, 30x) must be met before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Any attempt to exploit the mu8888 bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and permanent account closure.

07 Game Rules

All games available on the mu8888 platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by accredited audit bodies. This ensures every round and game outcome is fully random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be referred to mu8888's server records as the final reference.
• Wins generated as a result of a software bug (software bug) or technical errors are void and may be cancelled.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game results, mu8888's server records serve as the final evidence.

08 Prohibited Conduct

Mu8888 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close any account suspected of involvement in the above activities without prior notice. Any credit balance in an account closed due to fraud may be forfeited in full.

09 Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the mu8888 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

• Prior to account closure, all eligible cash balances will be returned to the original payment method.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Mu8888 reserves the right to close a member's account without notice in the event of a serious breach of the Terms.
